You can't go wrong with a navy silk top! You could style this in so many different ways - and use the tie belt as a scarf. How versatile!

I would style this, without the belt, with jeans, a tailored blazer (it really highlights the cowl neckline) and ankle boots for a smart casual look. 

For a more formal outfit, for the office or a nice dinner, pair the top with navy tailored trousers (a monochrome look is very elegant) and heels or ballet flats. Very chic!
