Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece you buy from Appletree House. If something isn’t quite right, returning or exchanging your order is simple and stress-free.


Returns at a glance

  • Free UK returns on all full-price items

  • 30 days from the date your order is delivered

  • Returns sent via Royal Mail Tracked Returns

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving your return


How to return an item

  1. Email us at hello@appletreehouse.shop with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return

  2. Let us know whether you’d prefer a refund or an exchange

  3. We’ll email you a Royal Mail returns label

  4. Re-package your item securely and drop it off at any Post Office

  5. Keep your proof of postage until your refund or exchange is complete

Your return is fully tracked, so you can follow its journey back to us.


Exchanges

Exchanges are completely free and subject to availability.

If you’d like to swap for a different size or style, just let us know when you get in touch. Once your return is on its way back to us, we’ll arrange your replacement as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank or card provider to show the funds back in your account.


A few important notes

  • Items must be unworn, unused and with all tags attached

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return unless faulty

  • Free returns apply once per order


Faulty or incorrect items

If you’ve received an item that is faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll make it right straight away.
