Delivery Policy

Delivery Service: We offer free delivery in the UK. Our deliveries are sent via the Royal Mail tracked service, ensuring that your order is secure and traceable from dispatch to delivery.

Delivery Timeframe: Orders will typically be delivered within approximately 2-3 business days from the time of dispatch. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances or during peak periods. Need it quicker? Order by 2pm, select next day delivery during check out and the shipping costs will be calculated.

Order Processing: Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Costs: We offer free UK delivery. 

Tracking Your Order: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Simply visit the Royal Mail tracking page and enter your tracking number to get real-time updates on your delivery status.

Delivery Address: Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not received due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
